Professional Systems Associates, Inc. (PSA) is a small business, located in Panama City, Florida. Over the last 24 years PSA has built a solid reputation of meeting customer requirements, “on time and on budget” for configuration management (CM) and product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions using CMPRO.

In 2006 the company was audited by the Small Business Administration on behalf of the General Services Administration and issued a Certificate of Competency and awarded its second, five year, Schedule 70, IT contract. PSA’s growth and sustainability is attributed to its customer-focused approach to service and support.

PSA will work with your organization to understand your unique approach to business, the people you have, and the processes you use. This partnership approach to implementing and supporting CMPRO allows for successful product lifecycle management software implementation.
