Customer Support

PSA Inc. develops, supports and maintains CMPRO PLM Software in-house. Our CMPRO support team is composed of highly skilled analysts and configuration management professionals, many of which hold industry certifications. Implementation support and limited on-site analyst support is standard with CMPRO Enterprise edition.

Online Resources

Informal online support and training resources are available on various social network platforms and on our website.

    CMPRO Support Analysts are available during normal office hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Our office is closed on federal holidays. Administrators, please indicate your site when calling 1-800-373-3453 for support.

  • CMPRO Issue Reporting

    C-IRs let current CMPRO users report issues, make software suggestions and track the status of reports submitted from within the application. C-IR options are available on the CMPRO menu. Ask your site administrator for more information or contact us for support.

  • Change Notices & Announcements

    Prior to or shortly after new version releases, our support team distributes CMPRO Build Release Notes within the application and via email to site administrators. Major changes and modifications to CMPRO will be highlighted for everyone within Change Notices or Announcements and published here on our website.
