PSA Inc. develops, supports and maintains CMPRO PLM Software in-house. Our CMPRO support team comprises highly skilled analysts and certified configuration management subject matter experts. Implementation support and limited onsite analyst support is standard with CMPRO Enterprise edition.

  • Telephone

    CMPRO Support Analysts are available during normal office hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Our office is closed on federal holidays. Administrators, please indicate your site when calling 1-800-373-3453 for support.

  • CMPRO Issue Reporting

    C-IRs let current CMPRO users report issues, make software suggestions and track the status of reports submitted from within the application. C-IR options are available on the CMPRO menu. Ask your site administrator for more information.

  • Change Notices & Announcements

    CMPRO Change Notices and Announcements are distributed by the support team via CMPRO email notifications. Additionally, CMPRO Build Release Notes are distributed to site administrators prior to or soon after a new version release. Ask your site administrator for more information.
